CPU Usage 100%

my laptop cpu usage at 100%, the usb port cant detect the mouse or pendrive..the usb port like broken adi...9y-s7aT,L5v.z
becozof the cpu usage alway at 100%, so i try to format the laptop. i canformat the laptop, but when i got problem when i install XP.... it isstuck at 34 mins.... i re-format again and it is still the same, stuckat 34 mins...9z PN4OP:H
so i send the laptop to shop , the technician help me to install the xp but the cpu usage still the same, alway 100%....
)I L"EK8eJ thetechnician told that the motherboard got problem d...so i wonder why it still can boot when motherboard still got problem?? so any pro to solve thisproblem?? is the motherboard prb or other??
