电腦backup問題

我的電腦login后即刻登出及shutdown,想重装window ,把有問題harddrive安裝在另一部正常啓动的xp电腦,想backup一些data,但正常啓动的xp电腦說我沒有這个權限,不准我copy d file,因有問題的电腦我set了一個administrator的户口,請問怎樣可以backup d file,謝謝!!

put back the HDD to the problem pc, and boot it up with XPE CD,
