为何暴风影音没有图像，只听到音(voice)

如题，请问怎么样才可以解决这个问题。　Ｉre-installed it again and again,  and I also tried others players,but there is nothing change. It(storm player) works good when I used window xp. Now, I am using window vista(installed it last few days), is it a cause that effects storm player can not work property?Y:V @-B2|a6Q{ww
