[b]29 Jul 2008        Wayne’s World 3: Killer Shark[/b]

In the second season finale, someone in a car — and a ski mask — stalks a young girl, Megan Cooper, while listening to an audio CD of serial killer Wayne Callison's book. Callison's book purports to help people who are haunted by guilt and sins. The car pulls over, and the driver beckons to Megan. We cut to Megan's lifeless and bruised body. Stark is called to the murder scene. Megan's body has symmetrical cuts on it identical to those Wayne Callison always carved into his victims. Is it a copycat? Stark gets a phone call from Kern Valley Prison, where Callison is incarcerated. Callison wants a meeting with Stark. At the meeting Callison tells Stark that whoever killed Megan has given him grounds for appeal and a new trial. During that trial Callison plans to describe how Stark framed him for the murder of Hannah Morton.

It seems that Callison has a lot of fans. As a celebrity serial killer he's received tons of mail, and even marriage requests. One of them is likely the copycat killer. Stark has the team search his prison records: phone calls, everything. Stark talks to Julie on the phone, who is at Stanford with her friend Amy, checking out the campus. Really they're at a fraternity party, and Julie futilely tries to hide this from her father. They're off to Berkeley next, followed by a weekend in San Francisco...

今集是第二季《律政狂鯊》的大結局，一名年輕女子Megan在車上被殺，她身上的刀傷與曾被Stark控告入獄的著名連環殺手Wayne的行兇手 法十分接近。Wayne曾推出著作以幫助有需要的人去除心中的罪疚感，而事發時行兇者更聆聽著隨他著作附上的音效光碟。到底這行兇手法是巧合？還是刻意模 仿？Wayne要求與Stark見面，認為殺死Megan的人才是真正兇手，並要求Stark替他上訴，以證明自己是無辜的……

Stark finds there are many suspects in the murder of an aspiring young singer; and Danny makes the mistake of sleeping with a witness who turns out to be a possible suspect.

一名前途無限的年輕女歌手Abby Coleman在參與一個音樂界的聚會後遇襲，更被拋出車外；屍體被發現在路旁。Stark調查時發現這一宗案件的疑兇甚多。與此同時，Stark的組員Danny犯下錯誤與其中一名證人發生性關係，而此人卻有可能就是行兇者。


[b]15 Jul 2008        Leaving Las Vegas[/b]

Stark's gambling vacation in Vegas is interrupted when he is taken for a ride by a couple of silent goons working for the casino's owner, the notorious Duke Ballantine (a former client of Stark's). Stark thinks he's been busted for counting cards, but Duke actually wants Stark to represent him. Brad Swift, his head of casino operations, is lying dead in his mansion having fallen from a high balcony onto a glass table. Stark tries to turn him down, but Duke knows Stark still has a license to practice law in Nevada. He offers Stark a three-million dollar retainer. That gets Stark's attention, and he asks for five; done. Stark's back working for the bad guys again...

Stark正在拉斯維加斯享受賭博假期，但假期很快便被一宗涉及薪酬高達五百萬美金的案件中斷了！賭場主管被發現從家中的露台墮下身亡，賭場的東主Duke被控以謀殺罪名，希望Stark能幫忙洗脫罪名。起初Stark打算拒絕Duke的請求，但Duke知道Stark仍持有於內華達州工作的證件，便開出天價的酬勞誘惑他。於是，Stark再次為了金錢而替壞人工作……

Stark builds a case against an underworld kingpin as part of a covert deal initiated by the state Attorney General's office that could save Sebastian from being disbarred.

即將面對被吊銷律師執照的Stark因涉嫌是一兇殺案的共犯而被捕。與此同時，Stark為了避免被吊銷律師執照，遂與首席檢察官暗中達成協議，以起訴地下組織的主要人物為交換條件。到底Stark會否被吊銷律師執照？


[b]1 Jul 2008        Partners In Crime[/b]

Flashback: A young girl is buried in a deserted oil field as a voice protests that he shouldn't be here.

Today: Stark and defense counsel Paul Faber seem to nearly come to blows as they passionately argue opposing sides of a case before a judge. Afterwards they share a drink; they're old and close friends. Paul was one of Stark's partners at his old firm, Stark-Bell, and became the firm's star lawyer when Stark left. As they leave there's a drive-by shooting… and Paul is killed. The shooter used high-caliber ammo. The car was found nearby with no prints. This was a professional hit. Faber defended the scum of the earth, mob bosses and worse. Where to begin to find a suspect? Worse yet, wonders Danny, how do they get Stark to lay off the case since they eventually may need him to testify?

Stark和辯方律師Paul在法庭上激烈辯論，兩人公堂之上爭持不下，審訊後卻坐下來談天。原來他們是相識多年的好友，Paul是Stark前 律師行的合夥人，當Stark離去後他更成為律師行最當紅的律師。當他們離開時，Paul被槍彈擊中身亡。調查證明殺手的行兇手法非常專業，但他的目標本 來並不是Paul，而是Stark！

搖滾歌星Justin Bishop的老朋友Shaun Mason，被發現在酒店房間被膠袋弄至窒息而亡，而頭皮上更有一個可能由手表或手鐲造成的傷口。調查時，Stark發現以Justin Bishop名字登記的酒店房間當晚正舉行演唱會後的慶功派對，而酒店接待處更指出當晚有上百人曾出入該房間，而房間門匙亦多達二十條……這一切都令調查 變得更加困難！


[b]17 June 2008        Every Breath You Take[/b]

前網球明星Christina於五年前遭跟蹤者Richard刺傷，並被送院救治。由於Christina未曾見到行兇者的真面目，而重要證人在臨終前亦竟然推翻所有證供，令Richard 意外地獲得假釋。Christina為此而加強了保安，但最終仍遭行兇者殺害！兇手真的是Richard，還是另有其人呢？


[b]10 June 2008        Burning Sensation[/b]

洛杉磯一所空置的房屋發生大火，正當消防隊長Joe下令撤離時，另一隊長Adams卻發現屋內還有一名昏迷不醒的傷者。當Adams入內拯救時，屋頂突然塌下，奪去了二人的性命。市長Delgado透過電視廣播公佈火災由人為縱火引起，肇事者將被警方控以謀殺罪名。由於洛杉磯警局與消防局不斷互相攻擊，Delgado遂任命Stark協助調查。其後，調查竟牽涉到一名深受尊重的消防局長……

洛杉磯一名公路狙擊手連環開槍殺人，Stark不想被傳媒知道此事，但市長不想被以為故意隱瞞事件，決定在二十四小時後將事件公告。但此事卻很快被披露，弄至人心惶惶，更令Stark與市長關係越趨緊張。


[b]27 May 2008        In Absentia[/b]


Raina的密友兼時裝設計師Hanna Hartnell遭謀殺，Raina堅持親自調查，誓要為好友找出兇手。Raina與Isaac五日前出席Hanna的時裝展時，目擊Hanna與一男子 發生激烈爭論，而Hanna則於同日晚上被發現死於地下鐵站內。Stark與Danny更遠赴Mexico緝兇，過程中更曾經入獄。到底Hanna是遭誰 人殺害？


[b]20 May 2008        No Hold Barred[/b]

拳擊手Steve Abbott以近乎獸性的強烈攻擊勝出比賽後不久，被發現頭部中槍，似乎是自殺身亡。Stark經調查後發現Steve是繼去年兩名屬同一聯盟的拳手後，又一名「自殺」的拳手。此外，他們亦發現Steve受到情緒困擾，更被逼注射類固醇以提升攻擊力。

最後，Stark發現是拳擊聯盟的CEO Teddy強逼隊醫為拳擊手注射大量類固醇，妄顧會產生的副作用。到底Stark能否將Teddy繩之於法？


[b]13 May 2008        Student Body[/b]


大學校園的科學大樓晚上發生爆炸，一名無辜的女學生命喪。化工學生Michael Hackford寫的一張聲稱會引發爆炸事件的字條，令他成為嫌疑犯，受到Stark及Hayes的盤問。其後，當事事都好像在指證Michael是元兇 時，Danny卻開始相信Michael所言，他是無辜的……


[b]6 May 2008        Perfect Disaster[/b]


敢於直言的女記者Victoria於運動場館被殺，法醫官發現她的頭部有嚴重創傷。Victoria正負責有關職業運動員使用賀爾蒙的醜聞，而她 更於肇事前兩天在電視訪問中表明將揭發涉嫌人仕的名單。Victoria的上司亦指出她因工作關係經常收到死亡威脅，而自從有關賀爾蒙的報導後，更增加了 一些新的恐嚇……

Stark與組員正處理二十二歲的Melissa Kovak被殺的案件。生前曾多次進行整容手術的Melissa在小船上被人用一條黃色絲巾勒死，屍體被拋到海中，及後屍體更被沖到沙灘上。Stark與 組員發現死者與整容醫生有不可告人的「親密」關係。到底兇手是整容醫生，還是另有其人？


[b]22 Apr 2008        For Whom the Skel Rolls[/b]

Raina奉召到一搶劫及謀殺案現場調查，而此案其中一名劫匪Ricky Rago為了減輕刑罰，遂提供有關Isaac的前任未婚妻Olivia被殺一事的資料。Ricky供出行兇者非已認罪，並已服刑的Hector Hernandez，而是其弟弟Nick。Stark決定暫不將此事告訴Isaac，待查明真相後才告知。


[b]15 Apr 2008        Gangster Movies 律政狂鯊[/b]

新一季的《律政狂鯊》登陸明珠台，並由奧斯卡金像監製拜仁基沙（《有你終生美麗》、《24》）製作。故事圍繞身分逆轉的主角Sebastian的工作及私 人生活。他由於好勝而間接令一宗命案發生後，良心發現，決定由辯護律師轉為檢察官，以氣勢逼人、嚴苛無情的態度，對付一眾以金錢隻手遮天的昔日僱主。

Stark是個自信而有魅力的男人，在調查案件時卻以嚴酷無情著稱。Stark的上司Jessica Devlin是個事業心很強的女人。Devlin手下還有一群年輕的檢察官，包括性格強悍的聰明女子Raina Troy；精力充沛、追求卓越的女孩Madeleine Poe；新成員Danny Reyes則性格急躁又積極；還有足智多謀的前警員Isaac Wright等。Stark的貼心女兒Julie很支持爸爸的事業，在鐵面無私的法律之外，Stark是個溫柔的父親。

在首集，Sebastian處理的一宗兇殺案的證人受到恐嚇，沒有在庭上指證行兇者，及後更在汽車炸彈意外中喪生，地方檢察官Jessica與Danny協助Sebastian調查案件……
