To write a summary, get the gist of what the piece is about.  Mainlyfrom what I read it's about the negative effects the Olympics has onthe environment.   Don't repeat what the peopleare saying and you don't have to mention them in the summary (eg.Jockey Club) - they are useless in summaries.

UkAlTo write the reflection, the other way to think about this is that you do not think it's bad - that although Olympics has negative impacts on the environment, its positives outweigh the negatives (eg. Olympics create more jobs by attracting more tourists into the city.  as long as the government has plans to do something about the environment, it's ok).  So to start, brainstorm both viewpoints (yes you agree it's bad or no you don't agree), and see which one you feel more comfortable in writing.   One hint - you HAVE to take a side.  You can't just say positive on one hand, negative on the other.  With reflections it's detrimental to not take a side.
