Regarding the format, how many sections do they have and what are they testing?  I thought GMAT has a huge section on math and stuff.  Had no idea they had an english and composition section.  Appreciate your info.

Not a huge section on math - in fact, english has a bigger portion (coz verbal + essay).  But you are right - the top business schools look at your quantitative scores (math) more than english.....but doesn't mean that you can ignore english la (ideally you score at least at 40 quan./40 verbal category...

BmK{The argument essay is usually in some standard forms (it's usually one of the 4 styles) so you can prepare gei.
