會員參與本版討論時必須遵守本版的規則。所有會員必須對自己發表的 文章/內容 承擔任何責任。
Members who participate this Forum must follow the rules below.  All members are responsible to himself/herself for his/her articles posted.

以下行為皆屬於違規，會被警告及扣分 (每扣一積分同時會扣二倍的論壇金錢)
Any violations may result in warnings and loss of user credits. (Deduction practice: 1 credit & a double on Forum cash dollars)

　１）貼錯版或發表內容與本版主題不符；
　　　Posting in wrong zones or starting meaningless topics/subjects.

　２）嚴禁使用粗言穢語，攻擊會員或挑起罵戰行為；
　　　Foul languages or any personal attacks towards other members are forbidden.

　３）禁止呃帖、推帖、連續發帖或連續回帖（五篇或以上），會員應使用編輯來更正；
　　　No Spam Thread (example: starting new thread just to say thanks or request).

　４）禁止灌水（例如：回覆字數少於8個英文字母或5個中文字（標點符號或重覆字符不計算在內）或 發表無意義
　　　的主題/回覆，只以符號回覆或抄襲他人的回覆，或於同一主題/版區內以同一或近似文字回覆等等）。
　　　No Spam reply (example: less then 10 characters (excluding symbols) or using the wording : , , cc...etc,
　　　or using !"¡±$%(not understandable symbols) or copy other members' replies as yours, or using the same wording
　　　for all replies).


　５）禁止洗版 (例如：一日內在同一版發表多過十個主題或同一版回覆多過二十個不同的主題)；
　　　You are not allowed to post more then 10 new threads or/and reply to more then 20 threads a day.

　６）禁止未經同意張貼任何形式廣告；
　　　No Advertisment or ad for any others website/forum.

　７）禁止重複註冊ＩＤ；
　　　No duplicated registrations.

　８）其他違反特定討論區規則的行為；
　　　Any violations of forum rules.

　９）禁止發表影響或有意損壞本論壇名聲的文章/內容；
　　　Any comments/contents that are intended to taint this forum's reputation.

１０）禁止上傳與主題無關的附件，濫用上傳附件的功能；
　　　Do not upload torrents that are not related to the stated subject and content.

１１）主題及內容必須清晰及按照發帖格式之規定，違者刪貼及扣分；
　　　Subject and content (message area) must be clear and follow "Rules of Starting a new thread".

１２）所有含有成人內容之帖子或圖片，不得在成人區以外發放(包括簽名檔)；
　　　All adult related contents are limited to Adult Area ONLY.

１３）發帖之閱讀權限不可多於自己本身；
　　　"Required access level" should not be above your own "Reading access level".

１４）發新主題前，需先搜尋在短時間內有否相同主題；
　　　No Duplicated Post/Thread (example: starting a  new tread which topic have been started and etc..), please search before starting new thread;

１５）禁此以連結方式發表種子類附件，必需以附件方式上傳！
　　　All torrent files must be upload as attachment, any link outside this Forum is forbidden.

１６）除壇規外，每版將設立個別之板規以作補充，會員亦需嚴格遵從。
　　　Beside this Basic Forum Rules, all members are required to follow the Additional Rules located in each individual zone.


凡屬違例行為，版主有權編輯、轉移、鎖定甚至刪除貼子，視情況輕重扣除個人積分（４∼１０分）及禁言，以示警告。
嚴重違規者，壇主有權刪除其主題及會員資格並且禁止其登錄ID而不會另行通知。
The moderators reserve the right to edit, move, lock, or delete posts/threads.  Nonserious violations will result in "Deduction of user credits" or "Banned to post" as warnings.  
For those serious violators, the moderators reserve the right to cancel your account and ban your ip without further notice.

2006年12月12日作出一修改：回覆字數英文字母最少字數改為８個字母。
